Ice Wave Patch

Overview

Supports temporary pain relief.

What It Helps With

Placement

  • This is a 2 patch system - you must use a white and a tan patch for this to work

  • You may need to try multiple placements to find the right one for the specific pain

  • Option 1: Clock method

    • Step 1: Place a TAN patch on the point of most pain

    • Step 2: Take half of the patch backing off of a WHITE patch and put it about 2 inches above the TAN patch (12:00 position). If pain is not reduced by 80% in 30 seconds, move on to the next step.

    • Step 3: Move the WHITE patch to the 3:00 position. If pain not reduced by 80% in 30 seconds, move on to the next step.

    • Step 4: Move the WHITE patch to the 6:00 position. If pain not reduced by 80% in 30 seconds, move on to the next step.

    • Step 5: Move the WHITE patch to the 9:00 position. If pain not reduced by 80% in 30 seconds, move on to the next step.

  • Option 2: Bracket position 1

    • Place a TAN patch two finger widths to the left of the pain

    • Place a WHITE patch two finger widths to the right of the pain

  • Option 3: Bracket position 2

    • Place a TAN patch on the point of most pain

    • Place a WHITE patch on the opposite side of the body

When to Use

What to Expect

  • Fast relief for many users

Pro Tips

  • Placement matters most here

  • Adjust positioning if needed

  • Only take off one of the two parts of the backing while you try different positions to see which one has the best effect. Once you determine the best location, take off the remaining backing.
