Not all water is created equal… and your body knows it.

Let’s talk about the OK ➝ Better ➝ Best when it comes to hydrating your body the right way. 👇

🥉 OK: Tap Water

Yes, it's convenient. But have you ever thought about the old pipes it travels through? Rust, residue, and “cleaning” chemicals from the water plant = things I’d rather not sip on.

👉 Personally, I won’t drink straight tap water.

🥈 Better: Filtered Water

At a minimum, use a good filter. It helps remove those pipe gunk particles and chlorine.

My favorite is ZeroWater because it removes everything. Or you can use reverse osmosis (RO).

If you use either of these methods, be sure to add minerals back in like:

🧂 Redmond Real Salt

🌊 Baja Gold Celtic Sea Salt

🥇 Best: Spring Water

This is water the way nature designed it—mineral-rich and biologically structured. Spring water helps your body absorb and use hydration properly.

💡 Bonus points if it’s in glass!

But honestly? Even in plastic, spring water is still WAY better than tap.
